Case Studies
Case 1 – A US brand in beauty industry selling cosmetic products was setting up its operations in Singapore. It was about to implement capital intensive system for its Singapore operations. Fortunately, Beatum was engaged in time re-evaluate the solution. Although server room and racks have been installed, the client was advised to move into cloud system for its accounting, inventory and warehouse system. The total cost was a fraction of what it was initially planned for. Furthermore, Beatum advised and assisted the Client to centralizethe groups accounting and procurement function in Singapore resulting in substantial cost savings due to cheaper cost of resources and cost savings in logistics.
Case 2 – A local company selling medical instruments has 2 headcounts (an Accountant and a HR Manager) for back office support, to manage accounting, HR and general admin. When the Accountant resigned, Beatum implemented cloud accounting and immediately took over the accounting, payroll and reporting function for the company.
